In these cases, the coaches provide a fresh perspective and remind the business of the little things that can make a big impact on the success of the company. More and more often, however, businesses engage executive coaching training when their company is performing well to maintain their competitive advantage. They recognize that even a successful company can benefit from business coaching. It is often just what is needed to push the company ahead of their competitors or keep them there.
